Payroll Administrator (Sage 300 People)

You'll run weekly and monthly payrolls for a security services company in Vereeniging, accurate to the cent. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

You'll be based at a security services company in Vereeniging. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Declare UIF on uFiling and assist staff with UI-19 forms.
• Keep payroll files and banking details secure under POPIA.
• Submit the monthly EMP201 on SARS eFiling and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL.
• Answer staff payslip queries clearly and in private.
• Run the payroll, check variances and get sign-off before cut-off.
• Process garnishee orders, loans and third-party deductions.
• Capture new hires, terminations and changes on Sage 300 People or VIP.

• Hands-on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
• Trusted with confidential salary data
• Matric plus a payroll, bookkeeping or HR qualification
• At least 2 years running a full payroll end to end
• Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA
• SARS eFiling and EMP501 reconciliations without supervision

• Hybrid work outside month-end week
