Job Description

People get paid right and on time because of you at a labour-heavy mining contractor in Fourways. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

What you'll actually do

Capture new hires, terminations, increases and deductions before cut-off
Submit monthly EMP201 returns and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL on eFiling
Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings

Must-haves

Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
You keep salary information private under POPIA
