Payroll Bureau Consultant – Permanent

A security services company in Isando needs a payroll person who never misses a cut-off. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

You'll report in Isando. Relocation is not covered for this one. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Compile bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations and issue IRP5 certificates
• Process garnishee orders and third-party deductions
• Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings
• Answer staff payslip queries clearly and in private
• Release the salary bank file for authorisation
• Submit monthly EMP201 returns and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL on eFiling

• Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
• At least 2 years of full-function payroll
• Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
• Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay

• Structured increases linked to certification
