Payroll Bureau Consultant – Fixed-Term

People get paid right and on time because of you at a retail head office in Stellenbosch. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

The work is in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
• Compile bi-annual EMP501 reconciliations and issue IRP5 certificates
• Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
• Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings
• Calculate leave pay, notice pay and final pay under the BCEA
• Release the salary bank file for authorisation

• You keep salary information private under POPIA
• Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA
• At least 2 years of full-function payroll
• Reliable with deadlines that cannot move
• Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
• Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
