Job Description

Accurate payslips, clean tax filings and happy staff: that's the job at a payroll bureau in Somerset West. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

You'll report in Somerset West. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What your day looks like

Run weekly and monthly payrolls and check the variance reports
Answer staff payslip queries clearly and in private
Process garnishee orders and third-party deductions
Declare UIF on uFiling and help staff with UI-19 forms
Submit monthly EMP201 returns and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL on eFiling
Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings

What you need

Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA
Matric plus a payroll certificate or diploma
Experience on Sage 300 People, VIP, PaySpace or SimplePay
