Job Description

This personal loans branch in Centurion pays a basic plus commission, and your pipeline sets the ceiling. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

Home base is a personal loans branch on the Centurion side of Gauteng. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What you'll actually do

Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
Save policies when clients call to cancel.

Must-haves

You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy

Helpful, not essential

Your own car for field appointments
An existing client book (for field roles)
