Job Description

Housekeeping keeps a casino hotel in Kathu running quietly in the background. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll report in Kathu. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What you'll actually do

Update room status on the housekeeping app or board after each room.
Hand in lost property with a written log entry.
Mix chemicals safely and store them as the MSDS sheet shows.
Clean bathrooms, showers and toilets with the correct colour-coded cloths.
Strip beds, make them up with fresh linen and square the corners.
Do evening turndowns with chocolates and curtain closing.

You'll need

Hotel, guesthouse or domestic cleaning experience
Weekend and public holiday work
Fit enough to lift mattresses and push trolleys all day
You can finish around 14 rooms in a shift
Honest and trustworthy around guest belongings

Nice if you have

Laundry machine and steam press experience
A supervisor course or time spent running a floor
