Rapid Response Officer (Farm Security) – Immediate Start

You'll answer alarms across a mixed-use neighbourhood in Fourways in a marked vehicle, armed and ready. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Home base is a mixed-use neighbourhood on the Fourways side of Gauteng. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Secure a scene until SAPS arrives and hand over details
• Write detailed incident reports on the tablet or in the vehicle logbook
• Search the property perimeter and check doors, windows and gates
• Visit clients for key-holder checks and open-up requests
• Respond to alarm and panic signals sent by the control room
• Drive the response vehicle safely at speed to client addresses

• At least 2 years in guarding or response
• Valid Code 8 or Code 10 licence with at least 2 years driving
• SAPS firearm competency certificate for handguns (and shotgun if required)
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• PSIRA Grade B or C with an armed response course

• Response vehicle and firearm provided
• Danger and night allowances
• Regular refresher shooting practice
• Group life cover through the provident fund
