Job Description

You'll find, screen and place the right people for a healthcare staffing agency in Brackenfell. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

This post is Brackenfell-based, with most of your time spent at a healthcare staffing agency.

The work, day to day

Book interviews, assessments and background checks.
Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.

Must-haves

Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
Comfortable with targets for agency roles
Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
