Recruiter (Volume Hiring, Call Centres)

You'll find, screen and place the right people for a call centre group in Montague Gardens. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll report in Montague Gardens. Relocation is not covered for this one. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
• Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.

• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Comfortable with targets for agency roles
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin

• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting
• A niche market such as IT, nursing or engineering
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS

• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• Hybrid working
• Commission on placements for agency roles
