Job Description

You'll find, screen and place the right people for a temporary employment service in Krugersdorp. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

Home base is a temporary employment service on the Krugersdorp side of Gauteng. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

What you'll actually do

Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.

Must-haves

Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
Comfortable with targets for agency roles
