Recruitment Consultant (IT & Finance Agency)

This call centre group in Boksburg needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll be based at a call centre group in Boksburg. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
• Book interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.

• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases

• A niche market such as IT, nursing or engineering
• Experience with psychometric or skills assessments
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS

• Hybrid working
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Commission on placements for agency roles
