Recruitment Consultant (IT & Finance Agency)

This healthcare staffing agency in Khayelitsha needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

Home base is a healthcare staffing agency on the Khayelitsha side of Western Cape. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
• Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.
• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
• Book interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.

• Comfortable with targets for agency roles
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers

• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS

• Commission on placements for agency roles
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• Hybrid working
