Recruitment Coordinator (Volume Hiring) – Fixed-Term

You'll find, screen and place the right people for a healthcare staffing agency in Fourways. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

The work is in Fourways, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.

• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
• Comfortable with targets for agency roles
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once

• A niche market such as IT, nursing or engineering
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS

• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Hybrid working
• Commission on placements for agency roles
