Recruitment Coordinator (Volume Hiring)

You'll find, screen and place the right people for a bank talent team in Lephalale. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is a bank talent team on the Lephalale side of Limpopo. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
• Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Book interviews, assessments and background checks.

• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes

• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS
• Experience with psychometric or skills assessments

• Hybrid working
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• Commission on placements for agency roles
