Reservations Agent (Hotel Group)

Running the front desk of a beach resort in Khayelitsha means calm service and a clean shift balance. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

The work is in Khayelitsha, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Quote flights, car hire and holiday packages on a GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Take card pre-authorisations and settle folios at checkout.
• Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.
• Allocate rooms and pass early check-ins to housekeeping.
• Handle complaints at the desk and log them for the duty manager.

• You can work rotating shifts, including nights
• Clear spoken and written English
