Job Description

Running the front desk of a beach resort in Mokopane means calm service and a clean shift balance. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

You'll report in Mokopane. Relocation is not covered for this one. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

What your day looks like

Balance your cash float and card slips before handover.
Check guests in and out on Opera or Protel, and scan IDs and passports.
Run the night audit, close the day and print the flash report.
Allocate rooms and pass early check-ins to housekeeping.
Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.

What you need

Matric
A hospitality or tourism diploma, or 1 year at a hotel front desk
Honest with cash and card payments
Clear spoken and written English
Confident on a computer and quick to learn a property system

On offer

Paid system training in the first month
