Retirement Annuity Sales Consultant

You'll sell cover that families really use, from a financial advice practice in Hammarsdale. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll be based at a financial advice practice in Hammarsdale. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.

• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission

• Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance
• Your own car for field appointments

• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
• CPD hours logged and funded

• RE5 exam fees and study material paid

• Show commission history with real figures from payslips; interviewers trust numbers over claims.
