Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Pretoria East, and leave with answers. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll be based at a mall cellular store in Pretoria East. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.
• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.

• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate

• A Customer Service NQF certificate
• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge

• Fixed roster published two weeks ahead
• Staff discount on products
• Product training and certifications paid for
