Returns & Exchanges Desk Clerk (Retail) – Immediate Start

You'll help walk-in customers at an insurance branch in Sandton, face to face, all day. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll report in Sandton. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching
• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
