Returns Processing Hand – Immediate Start

This is steady, physical warehouse work at an online grocery fulfilment hub in Rustenburg, and nobody minds if it's your first job. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is Rustenburg-based, with most of your time spent at an online grocery fulfilment hub. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes
• Stack finished orders on pallets and stretch-wrap them tight
• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Report damaged, short or expired items to the shift supervisor
• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns
• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule

• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred

• Basic computer skills for capturing counts
• Previous picking experience with a handheld RF scanner
• Living within walking or taxi distance of the warehouse

• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied
• Staff canteen with subsidised meals
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
