Job Description

This beverage distributor needs a rep in Brits who knows the shops, the owners and the numbers. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Location: Brits, North West. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

What you'll actually do

Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.

Must-haves

Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
Matric
1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

Helpful, not essential

Speaking two or more local languages
Your own reliable car for a car-allowance position
Existing relationships with independent retailers
