Sales Rep (Beverages, Code 08)

This personal care brand needs a rep in Stellenbosch who knows the shops, the owners and the numbers. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

This post is Stellenbosch-based, with most of your time spent at a personal care brand.

• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.

• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
• Matric
• 1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
• Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners

• Existing relationships with independent retailers
• Speaking two or more local languages

• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Product samples and staff pricing
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
