Security Area Manager (Night Rounds) – Fixed-Term

A security company in Randburg wants a firm, fair supervisor for its residential estate. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

The site is in Randburg; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows

• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• Available after hours for emergencies
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent

• Own reliable vehicle
• Mining or hospital security experience
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Provident fund and funeral cover
• Cellphone allowance
• Management training for growth to operations manager
