Job Description

You'll watch the screens and radios at a shopping mall security office in Randburg, and send help the moment something is wrong. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Location: Randburg, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Hand over open incidents clearly at shift change
Report camera faults and offline sites to the technicians
Answer alarm signals and phone clients to verify them
Keep call-out times and client passwords up to date
Log every event and action on the monitoring software
Talk down intruders over on-site speakers when the system allows

What you need

Able to stay focused through 12-hour day and night shifts
Clear speaking voice on radio and phone
Matric
PSIRA registration, Grade C or higher
