Security Site Supervisor (Grade B) – Fixed-Term

Officers look to you on every shift at a guarding contract across several sites in Sandton. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

The work is in Sandton, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Do surprise night visits to check posts
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries

• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Matric, with a security management course a plus
• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites

• Own reliable vehicle
• Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts
• Labour relations or basic supervision course

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Cellphone allowance
• Provident fund and funeral cover
• Management training for growth to operations manager
