Job Description

A security company in Brits wants a firm, fair supervisor for its hospital complex. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

The work is in Brits, North West, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What you'll actually do

Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
Do surprise night visits to check posts
Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records

You'll need

Matric, with a security management course a plus
Firm with staff but fair and consistent
At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
