Security Operations Supervisor (Retail Portfolio)

Officers look to you on every shift at a residential estate in Mogwase. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll report in Mogwase. Relocation is not covered for this one. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries
• Do surprise night visits to check posts
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns

• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• Available after hours for emergencies
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• Firm with staff but fair and consistent
