Job Description

A security company in Potchefstroom wants a firm, fair supervisor for its retail portfolio. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

The work, day to day

Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
Inspect guards on post for uniform, alertness and OB entries

What you need

Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
Available after hours for emergencies
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
Firm with staff but fair and consistent
Matric, with a security management course a plus
PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)

Nice if you have

Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
Own reliable vehicle
