Job Description

Officers look to you on every shift at a residential estate in Middelburg (MP). Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Home base is a residential estate on the Middelburg (MP) side of Mpumalanga. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

The work, day to day

Check that PSIRA registrations of staff on site are current
Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
Do surprise night visits to check posts
Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills

What you need

Firm with staff but fair and consistent
Available after hours for emergencies
Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites

Extra points for

Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
Labour relations or basic supervision course
