Service Advisor (Commercial Vehicles)

Home base is an aftermarket spares shop on the Secunda side of Mpumalanga. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Handle complaints calmly and find a fix with the workshop manager
• Pick, pack and issue parts to technicians against job cards
• Submit warranty claims with photos and technician reports
• Book in vehicles, walk around with the customer and note existing damage
• Invoice completed jobs and explain the invoice at collection

• Code 08 licence
• Computer literate with a dealer management system or parts software
• Matric, plus a motor industry background
• At least 2 years as a service advisor, parts interpreter or in a similar counter role

• Experience in a customer satisfaction survey-driven dealership
• Brand-specific warranty system training

• Commission on parts sales or workshop turnover
• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
• Company uniform
