Service Advisor (Passenger Vehicle Dealership)

You'll be the link between customers and the workshop at the motorcycle dealership in Ballito. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Location: Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Count stock during cycle counts and year-end stocktake
• Pick, pack and issue parts to technicians against job cards
• Look up part numbers in the electronic parts catalogue using the VIN
• Submit warranty claims with photos and technician reports
• Order stock and special parts, and follow up on back orders
• Book in vehicles, walk around with the customer and note existing damage
• Phone customers with extra work found and get approval in writing

• Good working knowledge of car parts and basic vehicle systems
• Code 08 licence
• At least 2 years as a service advisor, parts interpreter or in a similar counter role
• Accurate when capturing part numbers and prices

• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
• Paid brand training
• Company uniform
