Service Desk Consultant (Furniture Store)

You'll help walk-in customers at a private clinic front desk in Epping, face to face, all day. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

This post is Epping-based, with most of your time spent at a private clinic front desk.

• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year

• Product training and certifications paid for
• Fixed roster published two weeks ahead
