Job Description

You'll keep the shelves full and tidy at a neighbourhood supermarket in Centurion, so shoppers find what they came for. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

This post is in Centurion (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.

The work, day to day

Pack shelves from the back, rotating older stock to the front (first in, first out)
Help customers find products and carry heavy items to cars
Clean spills fast and put up wet-floor signs
Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled
Unpack deliveries in the receiving area and sort by aisle

Must-haves

Available for weekends, month-end and public holidays
Basic reading and maths for price checks
Polite with customers and happy to help
Neat appearance and punctual
Grade 10 or matric

Helpful, not essential

Being 18 or older for liquor store roles
Previous shelf packing or merchandising work
