SHEQ Officer (Building Contractor)

The road construction project in Boksburg needs a safety officer who is on the site, not stuck in the container office. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

• Good understanding of the OHS Act and Construction Regulations 2014
• At least 2 years as a safety officer on construction sites
• Confident enough to stop unsafe work, even when the programme is tight
• First Aid Level 1 at least
• SACPCMP registration as a Construction Health and Safety Officer

• ISO 45001 internal auditor course
• Fall protection planner training

• Paid SACPCMP renewal and CPD
• Travel and site allowances
• Clear growth path to a construction health and safety agent role
