Shift Supervisor (Guarding Contract) – Fixed-Term

A security company in Klerksdorp wants a firm, fair supervisor for its retail portfolio. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

You'll be based at a retail portfolio in Klerksdorp. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Order and issue uniform, radios and torches
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns
• Do surprise night visits to check posts
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Post officers when the shift changes over and cover no-shows
• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records

• Valid Code 8 licence and willing to drive between sites
• PSIRA Grade B (Grade A for area manager posts)
• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• Matric, with a security management course a plus

• Mining or hospital security experience
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app
• Handgun competency for armed supervisor posts

• Cellphone allowance
