Shift Supervisor (Guarding Contract)

You'll run a shift of officers at a residential estate in Pretoria West, keeping posts covered and standards high. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll be based at a residential estate in Pretoria West. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

• Handle discipline issues fairly and keep written records
• Run on-site training on procedures and emergency drills
• Plan the monthly roster to stay within legal working hours
• Investigate incidents and write reports for the client
• Meet the client weekly on security concerns

• At least 3 years in security, including 1 as a supervisor
• Available after hours for emergencies
• Confident writer of incident reports and rosters
• Matric, with a security management course a plus

• Own reliable vehicle
• Labour relations or basic supervision course
• Computer skills for rosters in Excel or a workforce app

• Company vehicle or car allowance on area roles
• Management training for growth to operations manager
• Provident fund and funeral cover
