Short-Term Insurance Telesales Agent – Fixed-Term

You'll sell cover that families really use, from a funeral cover call centre in Atlantis. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll report in Atlantis. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Save policies when clients call to cancel.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Do a needs analysis and match the client to the right product.

• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start

• Completed class of business training for short-term or long-term insurance
• Your own car for field appointments

• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• CPD hours logged and funded
