You'll sell cover that families really use, from a financial advice practice in Germiston. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

You'll be based at a financial advice practice in Germiston. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
• Do a needs analysis and match the client to the right product.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.

• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
• RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record

• A qualification such as a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning
• An existing client book (for field roles)

• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
• CPD hours logged and funded
• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
