Soft Skills Trainer (Corporate Academy) – Permanent

Stand in front of a class of adults at an accredited training provider in Mbombela and make the work make sense. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll report in Mbombela. Relocation is not covered for this one. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Load learner results onto the SETA or QCTO system
• Facilitate classroom and workplace sessions against the learning programme
• Assess portfolios of evidence and write clear feedback to learners
• Moderate other assessors' decisions and sign off moderation reports
• Give feedback on course materials so the next intake runs better
• Coach learners who are behind and plan re-assessments

• Own transport for training at client sites
• At least 3 years of working experience in the subject field
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant qualification at least one NQF level above the one you'll teach
• Registered assessor, with moderator registration for moderator posts

• SDF registration and WSP/ATR submission experience
• Experience with QCTO occupational qualifications

• Travel allowance or company car for site training
• Holiday breaks between intakes at colleges
• Paid re-registration with your SETA
