Sourcing Specialist (Technical Roles) – Permanent

This call centre group in Midrand needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
• Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.

• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases

• Commission on placements for agency roles
• Hybrid working
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
