Job Description

You'll keep the shelves full and tidy at a neighbourhood supermarket in eMalahleni, so shoppers find what they came for. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Home base is a neighbourhood supermarket on the eMalahleni side of Mpumalanga. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

What your day looks like

Weigh, bag and price fruit and vegetables
Build promotional displays at the ends of aisles
Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled
Check sell-by dates and pull expired stock for the manager
Collect trolleys from the parking lot

What you need

Available for weekends, month-end and public holidays
Grade 10 or matric
Able to stand and lift cases all shift
Honest, since stock losses are checked closely
Polite with customers and happy to help
Neat appearance and punctual

Helpful, not essential

Some till or cash-handling experience
Own transport for route merchandising jobs
Previous shelf packing or merchandising work
