Job Description

Clients in a farming district in Richards Bay pay for fast response, and this crew delivers it. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

What your day looks like

Secure a scene until SAPS arrives and hand over details
Search the property perimeter and check doors, windows and gates
Respond to alarm and panic signals sent by the control room
Write detailed incident reports on the tablet or in the vehicle logbook
Give first aid at an incident until paramedics take over

What you need

Calm under pressure and physically fit
At least 2 years in guarding or response
Clean criminal record and no pending cases
Valid Code 8 or Code 10 licence with at least 2 years driving
PSIRA Grade B or C with an armed response course

Helpful, not essential

SAPS, SANDF or reservist background
Advanced driving course
