Job Description

A small tax practice in Roodepoort needs a tax practitioner who knows eFiling inside out. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

The site is in Roodepoort; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

What you'll actually do

Register clients for income tax, VAT and PAYE
Draft objections and appeals with supporting schedules
Track filing season deadlines and send reminders to clients
Prepare and submit ITR12, ITR14 and ITR12T returns on SARS eFiling
Check SARS assessments and flag errors to clients

Must-haves

Working knowledge of the Income Tax Act and VAT Act
Comfortable handling tax season overtime
Neat, careful and organised with client documents
Degree or diploma in accounting or tax
