Tour Desk Agent (Waterfront)

Guests at this game lodge in Cape Town CBD meet you first, so the stay starts at your desk. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

Home base is a game lodge on the Cape Town CBD side of Western Cape. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Answer booking emails and calls, and quote rates from the rate sheet.
• Store guest details securely in line with POPIA.
• Take card pre-authorisations and settle folios at checkout.
• Book shuttles, dinner reservations and game drives for guests.
• Quote flights, car hire and holiday packages on a GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo.
• Allocate rooms and pass early check-ins to housekeeping.

• Calm with an unhappy guest at 11pm
• You can work rotating shifts, including nights
• Clear spoken and written English
• Confident on a computer and quick to learn a property system
