Turndown Attendant (Evening Shift) – Experienced

Housekeeping keeps a self-catering resort in Komani running quietly in the background. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

This post is Komani-based, with most of your time spent at a self-catering resort.

• Hand in lost property with a written log entry.
• Clean bathrooms, showers and toilets with the correct colour-coded cloths.
• Mix chemicals safely and store them as the MSDS sheet shows.
• Vacuum, mop and dust rooms from top to bottom.
• Inspect rooms against the checklist before release to front office.

• Honest and trustworthy around guest belongings
• Fit enough to lift mattresses and push trolleys all day
• You work neatly and notice a hair on a pillow
• Hotel, guesthouse or domestic cleaning experience
• Grade 10 or higher
• You can finish around 14 rooms in a shift

• A supervisor course or time spent running a floor
• Laundry machine and steam press experience

• Staff transport from nearby townships for early shifts
• Uniform and protective gloves supplied
• Meals on duty

• A clean, clear police clearance helps; mention it if you have a recent one.
