Van Sales Rep (Snacks & Confectionery)

Out on the road for a personal care brand in Germiston, your car is your office and the store floor is your pitch. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

The work is in Germiston, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.
• Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
• Collect cash or EFT proof on van sales and bank daily.
• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Visit 8 to 15 outlets a day on a planned call cycle.
• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.

• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Matric
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets

• A sales or marketing certificate
• Speaking two or more local languages

• Branded uniform and safety boots
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card
• Cellphone and data allowance
