Job Description

Guests at this beachfront cocktail bar in Midrand come back for the people, and you'll be one of the reasons. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Location: Midrand, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Mix cocktails, pour draught and serve shooters to spec at the bar.
Restock the bar fridges and help with the weekly stock count.
Set tables, polish cutlery and glasses, and check condiments before doors open.
Clear, wipe and reset tables fast during the Friday and Sunday rush.
Explain specials, allergens and wine pairings in plain words.

What you need

At least 6 months of waitering, bar or coffee shop experience
Grade 10 or higher; matric is a plus
Happy to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Neat grooming and a friendly manner under pressure
