Warehouse General Hand (Day Shift)

This is steady, physical warehouse work at a clothing distribution centre in Isando, and nobody minds if it's your first job. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll be based at a clothing distribution centre in Isando. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Wear thermal gear and rotate in and out of freezer zones on schedule
• Pack cartons, add fillers and seal them with tape guns
• Label boxes with the correct waybill and route sticker
• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes

• You're fit enough to lift boxes up to 25kg all shift
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• You can read product codes and count accurately
• South African ID or a valid work permit
• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred

• Staff canteen with subsidised meals
• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
