You'll look after tables at a busy mall coffee shop in Somerset West, from the first greeting to the final bill. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

This post is Somerset West-based, with most of your time spent at a busy mall coffee shop.

• Explain specials, allergens and wine pairings in plain words.
• Clear, wipe and reset tables fast during the Friday and Sunday rush.
• Take orders on the POS tablet and read them back to avoid kitchen mistakes.
• Greet guests, seat them and hand over menus within a minute of arrival.
• Restock the bar fridges and help with the weekly stock count.
• Mix cocktails, pour draught and serve shooters to spec at the bar.

• You can stand and walk for a full 8-hour shift
• Grade 10 or higher; matric is a plus
• At least 6 months of waitering, bar or coffee shop experience
• Happy to work nights, weekends and public holidays
